Some Questions we get asked a lot.
Delivery
Delivery tends to take around 2-3 working days from placing the order.
The delivery price includes transport to all England, for Scotland and Wales there is a surcharge. if you have any queries regarding delivery please contact us.
The pallet is a standard 1m x1.2m pallet. The delivery vans will have tail lift on to get the pallet off the vehicle.
We use a delivery network, so in most cases a local carrier will deliver the goods to you.
Your local carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, please give them any instructions regarding the delivery.
There needs to be access for a 7.5 tonne truck.
Wood Pellets
All our pellets are double dust extracted and are of the highest quality, to a DIN rating.
Anything else please just ask.
