Just recieved this email back after a recent email shot we did. 

I would be grateful if you could please take my name off your mailing list.  I used to get your wood pellets which were ideal for using as cat litter and they made things a lot easier for me.  I liked the way they used to turn to sawdust when wet and it was a breeze cleaning out the litter tray.  I used to sieve them and all that was left in the tray were the unused pellets.

To cut a long story (sorry) short we no longer have our old cat, we had to put him to sleep as he had quite severe dementia, Alzheimers as the Vet called it.  He was 19 years old and it was definitely time for him to go.  He had a charmed life and we miss him dearly.
