Using the new LWP / Volcano App

Our APP will allow you to order anytime day or night easily and fast (in just 4 clicks) – and you’ll automatically get all of our exclusive offers. There's no need to enter discount codes anymore, you'll always get our best price! To launch, we are doing a whopping £34 off our Balcas Brites pellets – normally £279, only £245 for app users!

Downloading / Installing

Click on the big button above (depending on which device you have) above using the device you want the application installed on (ie. Your Samsung phone). The APP will automatically install to your device once it’s downloaded. Find and click on the Volcano icon in your applications to launch our application.

The prices shown include 5% VAT. If you normally pay 20% VAT, you can adjust this on the next stage.

You'll need to spend 20 seconds to register on the App for the first time only. Click on the Register link on the Login page of the app.

The app will still allow you to put a seperate delivery address in from the billing address, choose your delivery area and include any special delivery instructions with your order.

Please note: This app is linked to www.volcanowoodfuels.co.uk- If you would like to check the progress of an order, you will need to login to the Volcano Wood Fuels website with your app login details rather than the LWP website that you have probably been using.
