Whether you’re gearing up for your summer barbecues or looking for a premium product to use in a commercial kitchen or restaurant, our lump wood charcoal is the perfect solution.  This charcoal contains slightly smaller lump wood pieces than our alternative restaurant grade charcoal.  Subsequently it is ready to cook on more quickly but with a slightly shorter overall burn time.  If using for home barbecues, the 5kg bag is ideal for single use on medium to large sized barbecues with hardly any waste.

Our lump wood charcoal is made from sustainably sourced hard wood and contains no binding agents, fillers or other chemicals which results in a much cleaner burn when using.  The lump wood charcoal supplied by Liverpool Wood Pellets has medium sized lump wood pieces which are manageable and easy to cook with.  They are even sized to give a consistent burn.  The charcoal is sieved to remove dust and smallest pieces ensuring a better cooking experience.
