This lumpwood charcoal has medium sized pieces which are slightly smaller than those found in our restaurant grade charcoal.  The benefit of this is that they are ready to cook on at optimum temperature slightly more quickly but they have a slightly shorter burning time overall.  Supplied in handy sized 5kg bags, our lumpwood charcoal is ideal for use on medium to large sized home barbecues without any waste.
